Using RekordPOS

RekordPOS is published by Devcity. We give you permission to use it on your own devices, for your own purposes. That permission is personal to you and we can withdraw it if you do something on this page we have asked you not to.

• Do not copy, sell or redistribute the software or any part of it.
• Do not take it apart, modify it, or attempt to extract its contents.
• Do not present it as your own work or under another name.

Everything in RekordPOS, including its artwork, its sounds and its code, belongs to us and stays ours.

It is provided as it is

We work hard on RekordPOS and we fix what we find. We cannot promise it is free of every fault, that it runs identically on every device ever made, or that it will always be available. We may change it, or stop publishing it, and where that would matter to you we will say so rather than let it disappear quietly.

Our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us for RekordPOS. Nothing here limits any liability the law does not permit us to limit.

Changes, and which law applies

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will move when we do. They are governed by the law of the Republic of Maldives.
