Zibbly is made and published by Devcity, registered in the Republic of Maldives under number SP14842022. This page covers Zibbly only. Our company privacy policy covers our website and our other services.

What it collects

Nothing. To be specific about it:

• No personal information. No name, no email address, no phone number, no date of birth, no photograph, no voice, no location.
• No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign in to.
• No identifiers. No advertising ID, no device ID, no cookie, no fingerprint of any kind.
• No analytics. We do not measure how it is used, which parts are played, or for how long. We genuinely do not know.
• No crash reporting. Not even the anonymous kind.

Why we can be certain

Because the app cannot reach a network. Zibbly requests no permissions at all, and it does not ask for internet access either, so it has no route by which anything could leave the device even in principle. It plays the same on a ferry, on a resort island, and on a phone with no data left.

Anything the app remembers, such as which games have been played, is written on the device itself and is removed with the app when it is uninstalled. We never see it.

Children

Zibbly is made for children, and we have built it to the standard that obliges. It is a children's app under Google Play's Families policy and Apple's Kids Category rules.

• We collect no data from anybody, and therefore none from a child. There is nothing to consent to and no age gate to fail, because there is nothing to gather.
• No advertising. No banners, no video, no interstitials, no sponsorship, and no third party ad network of any kind.
• Nothing to buy. No in app purchases, no subscription, no unlock screens, no currency.
• No social features. No chat, no messaging, no user content, no way for a child to reach a stranger.
• No links out. Nothing in the app opens a browser, a store page or a social network.

Because we hold nothing about your child, there is nothing for a parent to request, correct or ask us to delete. If you would like that confirmed in writing for your records, write to us and we will confirm it.

Who we share it with

Nobody, because there is nothing to share. Zibbly contains no advertising network, no analytics service, and no third party software development kit that transmits anything.

The app stores themselves, meaning Google Play and the Apple App Store, handle your download and any account you have with them. That is between you and them and is covered by their own policies, not by this one.

Changes to this policy

If Zibbly ever changes what it collects, we will change this page and move the date at the top of it before that version reaches you.
