Terms of use
Using Zibbly
Zibbly is published by Devcity. We give you permission to use it on your own devices, for your own purposes. That permission is personal to you and we can withdraw it if you do something on this page we have asked you not to.
- Do not copy, sell or redistribute the software or any part of it.
- Do not take it apart, modify it, or attempt to extract its contents.
- Do not present it as your own work or under another name.
Everything in Zibbly , including its artwork, its sounds and its code, belongs to us and stays ours.
What it costs
Nothing. Zibbly is free. There is no subscription, there are no in app purchases, and there is no advertising. We are not funded by your data either, because we do not collect any. See the Zibbly privacy policy.
For parents
Zibbly is made for children, and the adult who installs it is the one agreeing to these terms. It works without an internet connection and there is nothing in it a child can spend money on, subscribe to, or use to contact anybody.
We would still say what every honest developer should: an app is not a substitute for knowing what your child is doing with a device.
It is provided as it is
We work hard on Zibbly and we fix what we find. We cannot promise it is free of every fault, that it runs identically on every device ever made, or that it will always be available. We may change it, or stop publishing it, and where that would matter to you we will say so rather than let it disappear quietly.
Our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us for Zibbly , which is nothing, so in practice we ask you to hold us to fixing problems rather than to compensating you for them. Nothing here limits any liability the law does not permit us to limit.
The app stores
You will have installed Zibbly through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Those companies have their own terms covering your download and your account with them. They are not party to this agreement and it is us, not them, who are responsible for Zibbly itself.
Changes, and which law applies
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will move when we do. They are governed by the law of the Republic of Maldives.
